1. KwentaDo Services & Eligibility

KwentaDo is a food costing, ingredient conversion, and profitability management platform designed for home bakers, pop-up stalls, caterers, food trucks, cloud kitchens, and restaurants.

• You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to operate a commercial or home-based business in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including email address and credentials.
• You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Ownership of Your Recipes & Business Data

You own 100% of your data. All ingredient inventories, secret marinade recipes, supplier purchase costs, selling prices, and sales records entered into KwentaDo remain your exclusive intellectual property.

KwentaDo does not claim any ownership rights over your culinary formulas or business metrics. We will never sell, license, or disclose your proprietary recipe information to third parties, competitors, or delivery marketplaces.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

KwentaDo offers both free tier access and paid subscription plans (Solo and Grow):

• Free Tier: Free forever with standard allowances for active products, ingredients, and monthly sales logs.
• Paid Plans: Billed on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Payment Methods: Digital payments via supported gateways including GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted.
• Cancellation & Downgrading: You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. When downgrading, your existing recipes and data remain preserved in your database.

4. Food Cost Calculations & Financial Disclaimers

KwentaDo provides calculation tools, unit conversion mathematical models, and target margin guidelines to assist food business decision-making:

• Calculations depend strictly on the figures entered by you (purchase prices, yields, wastage percentages, and packaging costs).
• While KwentaDo strives for exact mathematical precision, market price fluctuations, supplier variations, cooking shrinkage, and portioning errors may affect actual culinary yields.
• KwentaDo is not a licensed financial advisor, accounting auditor, or legal counsel. You remain solely responsible for your final menu prices and tax compliance.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using KwentaDo, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying software source code or algorithms.
• Interfere with server integrity, overload platform infrastructure, or launch automated scraping bots.
• Use the service to transmit fraudulent financial records or unlawfully harvested commercial data.

6. Termination & Contact

You may terminate your account at any time. KwentaDo reserves the right to suspend accounts that materially breach these terms or engage in abusive activities.
